CATERING INFORMATION AND POLICIES

Thank you for considering Born Thai for your upcoming event.
To confirm your reservation, please review the following information.
Should you have any questions regarding our policies, please consult our Catering Manager.

Minimum Order: $150 for delivery orders. $100 for pick-up orders.

Delivery Fee: 15% on local order within 1.2 miles.

24 hour advance notice is recommended and appreciated for all catering orders. Same day orders will be fulfilled based on availability of ingredients, staff and delivery time slots.

One payment for the entire order. No separate/split checks please.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due at the day of the event.

Service Fees and Sales Tax: A twenty percent (20%) service fee (Dine-In) and sales tax (current tax rate) apply to all food and beverage orders.

Guarantee the total of people in attendance at your event is required at the time of your booking. This total will be considered final and is not subject to reduction. Should your guest count increase, you will be billed for additional guests at the rate agreed upon in the contact.

If tax exempt, we must receive a hard copy of your tax exemption.

In the case of a cancellation, Born Thai must be notified within 48 hours prior to the pickup or delivery time. All deposits are non-refundable.
